The studio serves one client at a time, so each appointment is one-on-one. Guests and children are not permitted inside the studio during appointments.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the date, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.
