The studio focuses on natural, polished lash looks adjusted to each client rather than following trends. Before any style is recommended, every client completes a five-part assessment called the Zenmi Lash Code. It looks at lash density, strand strength, growth cycle, eye shape and sensitivity, and lifestyle and upkeep. The assessment can lead to a suggestion to wait, with a plan to build up to a set safely over time. Clients with mild sensitivity can request a low-fume medical-grade adhesive, after a patch test. Clients with chronic eye conditions are advised to speak with their doctor before getting extensions.

A visit follows five steps: consultation and patch test, cleansing and prep with a medical-grade cleanser, isolating the natural lashes, bonding with medical-grade adhesive, and an aftercare review. Extensions are applied one at a time to isolated natural lashes, with the client resting with eyes closed. The business says extensions do not inherently damage natural lashes when they are properly applied. At the aftercare review, clients receive a home-care kit and a fill schedule. Mascara is not recommended with extensions, and oil-based cleansers and makeup removers should be kept away from the eyes.

Permanent makeup services include Lip Blush, Ombre Brows, Nano Brows and Combo Brows, each at a flat $368. A topical numbing agent is used before and during the procedure, and sterile single-use needles are used. Healing takes about four to six weeks. The initial session does not include a touch-up, which is priced separately. Pigment typically fades over one to three years, with touch-ups recommended every 12 to 18 months. Booking any brow service together with Lip Blush gives 20% off the combined permanent makeup total. Permanent makeup is planned for the Vancouver studio only.
