Facials use Phytomer skincare from France, which is built on coastal and marine ingredients from the St. Malo region. The Express Facial is a 30-minute visit with cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, and a hand or foot massage. The One Hour Facial is customized with Phytomer products and includes a hand and foot massage. The Signature Facial runs 90 minutes, adds a self-heating detoxifying mineral back mask and gentle extractions, and is also customized to skin concerns. Single visits and series of three or six are available. The salon suggests monthly facials, with a stated minimum of four per year or at each change of season. Firming, rebalancing, or thermoactive masks and a foot detoxification self-heating mask can be added to facials or other visits for $30 each.

Waxing uses Cirepil products and includes tweezing as needed, with shaping included for brows. Options cover the face, underarms, bikini and rear for women, and men's brow and nostril waxing. Clients are asked to tell the salon about retinol, Retin-A, other prescription skincare, exfoliating procedures, or tanning within 24 hours before a wax.

The salon also offers lash training for people who want to become certified. Classic training is a two-day class starting at 9:30 a.m. that includes a lash kit and costs $1,200. Volume training is a two-day session costing $1,400 and requires proficiency in classic application. Classic and volume together is a three-day course costing $2,100 with no prior application experience required. Refresher training is $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum, and the trainer can travel for an additional fee. Training generally requires an esthetics or cosmetology license. Students may enroll with proof of enrollment, and certification is held until the license is received.

Treatments are customized to the client, and facials use Phytomer products chosen for individual skin concerns. Lash services are paired with a training program run by the owner.
