The menu is broad, covering knotless braids in several sizes, boho and tribal braids, box and micro braids, Senegalese and island twists, cornrows, crochet, and French curls. Many styles are priced by both size and length, from bra length up to knee length, and children's braids and cornrows are offered for younger clients, including knotless braids for ages 5 to 9 and 10 to 15.

Before booking, clients can take a 50-minute consultation for $20, and questions not covered on the booking page can be handled virtually. Hair is provided for most styles, but clients who plan to bring their own hair need to say so when booking.

A deposit of $50 secures a booking and is applied to the balance, while new clients pay $100. Deposits are non-refundable, the remaining balance is due on arrival before service begins, and payments are final. Zelle and Cash App are accepted. Cancellations within 24 hours are made by phone, and rescheduling requires calling at least three days ahead, otherwise 25% of the total is charged.

Clients should arrive with hair washed, free of product, and blow dried, since blow drying at the salon costs extra. Hair under 3 inches long carries a $70 surcharge, and hair should not be colored 48 hours before service or trimmed beforehand. Arriving more than 15 minutes late costs $10, and more than 20 minutes late costs $20. Appointments after noon are for medium-size styles, while small styles are booked for 8am. The studio is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3pm.
