The menu is organized into groups. Braids include knotless, Bora Bora, crochet, Miracle knots, tribal, cornrows for men, and individual braids, plus take downs and a braid class. Locs cover starter locs, faux locs, retwists, loc coloring and scalp detox scrubs. Other groups are keratin extensions, silk presses, twists, sew-ins, weaves, color, and treatments. Clients can also book a consultation in person, which runs 20 to 30 minutes for $31. House calls are available, and keratin extension appointments can be done at the client's home.

Booking requires a deposit, which is non-refundable and counts toward the overall service charge. A slot is only secured once the deposit has been received. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; a later cancellation incurs a fee of 30% of the service price, and a missed appointment is billed at 50% and may prevent future bookings. Rescheduling because of late arrival requires a new deposit. Service payments and retail products are non-refundable. Anyone dissatisfied with a service is asked to mention it during the appointment, because problems noticed afterward may require a new appointment and a new deposit.

Flyer deals are booked through a $25 deposit listing, and the flyer price is confirmed at the service. The flyer must be no more than 30 days old and must be shown as a screenshot or printed copy, or the regular price applies. A six-month hair services package is offered for $1,224 and must be used within six months of purchase. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A review on the site describes the work as phenomenal and professional.
