The salon says it sees beauty as something without gender, and its mission centers on hearing and respecting each client's story. It describes its neighborhood as more gender-neutral than much of the city, which fits the way it works.

Signature blowouts come in a few versions. The ECH Blowout with Haircut is designed for naturally curly hair and includes a cut, taking about two hours. The Resort and Eleganza blowouts suit wavy hair, using a round brush for flow or a flat brush for volume and movement. For extremely curly hair, the salon suggests booking the ECH option, since the Resort blowout may not leave enough time.

Color work covers balayage, foil highlights, all-over color, bleach and toning, corrective lightening and fashion shades. Balayage and color prices depend on hair amount and time, so clients call or email for a quote before booking. Corrective color or lightening takes at least three hours and requires a consultation.

The barbering menu includes clipper cuts, men's haircuts with a complimentary wash and style, and straight-razor work with hot towels and skin conditioning. Treatments such as keratin, relaxers and Hair Botox are available, with keratin and relaxers arranged by consultation.
