The practice traces its origins to 2003, when Dr. William Greenberg opened one of the first medical spas in Manhattan under the name Skin Thera P on East 81st Street. A Scarsdale location followed in 2012, and the business launched as Youtherapy in 2015 as a rebrand of the original mission. The site says it has operated for more than 20 years. Its stated philosophy is prevention-focused, starting treatments earlier in the aging process, and aims at facial balancing and subtle refreshes meant to look natural.
