Visits usually start with a free consultation, which can be held in person or virtually. For laser hair removal, a consultation is optional unless the client wants one. After booking online or by calling 914.747.9600, clients receive an email with forms to complete more than 24 hours before arrival. Free parking is offered. Laser hair removal is a central part of the practice, with prices set by area from midbrow at $20 to full legs at $420. Treatments use Palomar laser systems and do not use gel. Most clients need about six to ten sessions, with maintenance recommended about once a year. A session can take about five minutes for a small area or an hour or more for large or multiple areas. Results are less effective on white, gray, blonde or red hair. Clients should avoid waxing, tweezing or threading the treatment area for four weeks beforehand, and antibiotics, Accutane and topical acne creams in the area can prevent a session under the site's contraindications. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee charged to the card on file.
