The practice traces its origins to 2003, when Dr. William Greenberg opened one of the first medical spas in Manhattan under the name Skin Thera P on East 81st Street. A Scarsdale location followed in 2012, and the business launched as Youtherapy in 2015 as a rebrand of the original mission. The site says it has operated for more than 20 years. Its stated philosophy is prevention-focused, starting treatments earlier in the aging process, and aims at facial balancing and subtle refreshes meant to look natural. Dr. Greenberg designs and oversees every treatment protocol, and each injectable client is evaluated before a customized plan is set.
