Sisterlocks installation starts at $1,800 for up to four inches of natural hair. The full quote is given at consultation and depends on hair length, density and other factors. The Sisterlocks Package covers the consultation, the installation and the first retightening, which is done three to four weeks after installation and is included in the quoted price.
Microlocs are started only by interlocking and are offered only in the larger size, beginning at half an inch. Installation starts at $1,200, with the full quote given at consultation. That price does not include retightening or follow-up visits.
Appointments end when the booked time runs out, even if the service is unfinished. Retightening appointments run three or four hours, and an unfinished retightening needs another visit. An extra 60-minute slot can be booked when needed, for example to add a style after a retightening. Hair is not washed at the studio, so clients arrive with hair washed within 48 hours of the appointment. Most appointments need no deposit. Balance is paid at the visit by card, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead can be rescheduled through the booking app, while late cancellations, no-shows and arrivals more than 30 minutes late are charged half the booked cost.
Loc care is one-on-one, with each appointment kept to its booked window.
