Visits begin with a consultation, which is offered in several forms: a scalp or hair concern consultation, a hair care or hair loss consultation, a virtual consultation, a session with the trichologist, and separate consultations for hair weaving, extensions and hair replacement. Hair loss solutions are shaped around each client rather than offered as a single standard plan. The business offers in-house and take-home regimens and a full trichology program, and it works on the long-term health of hair and scalp alongside the look a client wants.

Beyond hair loss, the salon offers a full range of hair salon services, including cuts, blow-dry and styling, braids and twists, color and highlights, relaxers, permanent waves and rod sets. Treatments for hair and scalp cover moisturizing, protein, deep cleansing, masks and reconstruction. Non-surgical hair replacement, wig styling and hair extensions are also offered.

The salon is booked by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients can book through the business website. A 50% fee applies to same-day cancellations, and a fee for all services booked that day applies to no-shows. Products, deposits and completed services are not refundable.
