The menu covers braids, twists and crochet, including feed-in styles, cornrows, high tops and stitch braids, along with custom wigs, extensions, human hair braids, locs, natural cornrows and twists, natural styling, and touchups and takedowns. Braiding and twisting services are for ages 14 and up, and kids services are for ages 5 to 13. Children are booked from age 5, and a parent must stay for the full appointment and the child must be willing to sit. Mermaid braids require clients to bring one pack of non-wefted human hair, wave texture, 20 inches or longer, since this hair is not stocked at the beauty supply.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, product-free, blown-out hair, and wash, detangling or blow-dry services can be added. Braids need at least three to four inches of hair length, depending on the style. Hair is not included with appointments. A consultation is required before any chemical or color service, and the salon offers consultations on protective styles aimed at keeping hair growing long and healthy. Custom wigs have a two-week turnaround.

Deposits and cancellations: a $50 non-refundable deposit is required, and it can only be transferred if the salon cancels. Cancellations made after the initial 24-hour booking and deposit window turn the deposit into a cancellation fee. If the salon has to cancel because of illness or an emergency, it reschedules and credits the deposit. Payment is accepted by cash or contactless Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. Gift cards range from $50 to $500, and e-gift cards are available.
