Services fall into six groups: facial hair removal for eyebrows and other facial areas, haircolor, haircuts for children, men and women, hairlocks including Sisterlocks, earlobe piercing, and scalp and body treatments. Men's haircuts include razor edging, and women's haircuts include conditioning.

Visits are by appointment, Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. The salon also rents suites to independent stylists from January 1, 2026, with monthly leases preferred; each suite includes a shampoo bowl and chair, a hydraulic barber chair, a work desk, storage and a portable hair dryer, and rent covers utilities, maintenance, security and shared facilities.
