About

The salon was founded by Caitlin Nemes, who opened it after noticing rising hair loss among her clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its approach centers on scalp health, shedding, dryness and buildup, handled alongside cut and color.

New clients can start with a complimentary 15-minute scalp consultation, booked in person or online, to work out which service fits. For a deeper look, the Hair Analysis sends strands to a lab and returns a personalized report in 3 to 5 business days; the report is then reviewed in a later appointment with one of the physicians, who provides a treatment plan. Scalp facials range from a 60-minute Scalp Facial Mini to a 2.5 to 3-hour VIP Scalp Facial, and the Scalp Renewal and Gentleman's Retreat sit between them.

Color packages include a haircut or trim, toner, blow dry and style. When a cut is not part of the booking, a custom treatment and a 10-minute scalp massage take its place. Clients booking color are asked to wash their hair the night before, while scalp facial clients are asked to arrive with unwashed hair. The salon suggests scalp facials every 6 to 8 weeks and keeping color and scalp facials at least two weeks apart on different days. Booking deposits apply to some scalp facials, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
