The studio serves clients of every gender identity, including women, men, nonbinary and gender-expansive people, without regard to age, income, weight or ability. Its view of beauty is individual, and it does not impose a fixed standard on clients.

Acne is approached holistically, with the skin and body treated together. The Acne Treatment Sequence begins with an assessment of the skin and body to look for root causes, then builds a custom plan of professional treatments and a home care routine. The Acne Correction Sequence is a series of eight biweekly peels and includes one complimentary microchanneling or dermaplaning facial after the final session.

Facial options range from a teen facial for younger clients to 60- and 90-minute custom relaxation facials, which include a consultation, skin analysis, aromatherapy, facial massage, one relaxation modality and a hot towel finish. The Raiz Facial Menu uses ancestral and traditional Mexican ingredients, selected during a welcome consultation, and its 75-minute sessions add sound healing, lymphatic drainage massage, infrared light and cryotherapy.

Booking has defined policies. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full booked service price plus a 20% convenience fee. Changes made within three days of the appointment carry a fee of at least $50 or 85% of the service price. Rescheduling requires contacting the provider directly, and clients who cancel or reschedule a third time are no longer booked. Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be paid with gift cards.

The studio combines holistic methods and botanical ingredients with modern ingredient science. Acne is treated with the skin and body together, and treatments are individualized rather than measured against a fixed standard of beauty.
