Abiding Artistry was founded in 2019 and works in two main methods of hair removal: sugaring and electrolysis. The stated mission is to help clients feel confident and understand their skin. The studio sits about five minutes from the Bishop Arts area and has free parking in front of the building.

Sugaring uses a paste made from sugar, lemon and water, applied at body temperature and removed in the direction of hair growth. Staff are trained to ease discomfort by holding the skin taut and applying pressure. Results typically last up to about three and a half weeks, depending on the area and hair growth cycle.

Electrolysis is offered as a permanent hair removal option that suits every skin tone and every hair shade, from blonde, red and gray to white. According to the salon, it is the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal. New clients begin with a consultation covering their skincare routine, any medications and past hair removal, then have a short trial treatment. Each plan is built around skin type, the area being treated and how the hair grows, and several sessions are needed. Electrolysis is also used to remove benign skin irregularities such as moles, skin tags and milia, and pricing is discussed during the consultation.

Most appointments are booked in advance, with walk-ins accepted when the studio has room. Booking requires a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable if a visit is cancelled or missed. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a card is kept on file and charged only after services are provided. Services are not intended for anyone under 18. The studio is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday. Questions can be sent by phone or email.
