The menu is built around facials, from a 45-minute option for children aged 9 to 12 and a men's facial with beard care where applicable, through to a 30-minute microneedling session and a longer microneedling option with exosomes. Facials are customized to what each client's skin needs on the day.

Treatments beyond a standard facial include microneedling, described as a collagen-induction treatment for texture, fine lines, acne scars and pores; dermaplaning, which removes the top layer of skin and fine facial hair with a sterile surgical-grade scalpel; microdermabrasion; and an oxygen facial designed for stressed, sensitive or reactive skin. The studio describes its treatments as using innovative techniques and premium products.

Some services have conditions. Dermaplaning is not recommended for active acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis or sunburn, and microdermabrasion is not advised for sunburn, rashes, skin disorders or while taking certain medications. The Peeling Facial is open only to established clients after a prior consultation. A free 30-minute consultation is available for clients who want to talk through their skin and goals first.

The studio is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Parking is available, and the studio is kid-friendly.

Janet works from each client's skin, assessing what it needs and building treatments toward healthy skin rather than perfection, with a focus on trust, comfort and personal care.
