The lash menu covers three styles of extensions. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, so fullness depends on how many natural lashes a client has. Hybrid sets combine classic extensions with handmade volume extensions, and volume sets use handmade fans throughout. Fills are offered at one, two and three week intervals, and the price and time follow the style and the interval. Fills depend on how many extensions remain, and when too few are left the visit is booked as a full set instead. Natural lashes can also be lifted and tinted, and extensions can be removed.

Brow services include tinting, lamination, and a combined lamination and tint that starts with brow mapping, a brow wax and trimming. A portfolio page shows examples of classic and volume sets, cat eye looks, wispy hybrid sets and lash lift and tint work.

Booking requires a $10 deposit for most services and a $5 deposit for some waxes. Cancellations must be made by phone or email within 24 hours of the appointment, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged half the service cost to the card on file. Clients with two or more missed appointments must pay in full in advance for later bookings, and deposits are not refundable when a client cancels late or does not show. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
