Brow work runs from a 15-minute clean-up of stray hairs, with no shaping, to a 30-minute shaping wax that covers mapping, waxing, tweezing and trimming. A 45-minute wax and tint is available, and a 90-minute brow lamination combines lamination, tint and wax. For lashes, extension removal takes 30 minutes. Fills are offered in classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and extended versions, with mini fills for shorter maintenance visits. Full sets run from classic through mega volume and take two to two and a half hours depending on the style. A consultation and patch test is listed at no charge and takes 30 minutes. Lash lifts, with or without tint, are the other lash option.

Waxing includes upper lip, which takes about 10 minutes, and Brazilian waxing, which takes 15 minutes. The Brazilian service is listed for women only and is not open to new clients. Before that appointment, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly the size of a grain of rice, with around three weeks or more of growth, and clients should not shave beforehand. Clients should not wear makeup or mascara to lash extension appointments.

Booking requires a credit or debit card saved on file, and agreeing to the booking means agreeing to the studio's policies. Cancellations and rescheduling are best made 24 to 48 hours ahead, and changes made less than 24 hours ahead carry a fee of half the booked price, with same-day changes charged a 50% fee as well. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, and arriving later means the appointment is cancelled with a fee. No-shows are charged the full booked price, and unpaid no-show fees within 24 hours can lead to removal from the client list. Consent forms must be completed before the visit. Sales are final, with no refunds, store credit or exchanges. Guests and children are not permitted, and cell phones should be silenced during appointments.
