The facial menu runs from a 35-minute Petite Classic to an 80-minute Purify treatment built for acne, which includes skin analysis, extractions and an anti-inflammatory massage. Other options include the Refresh, which uses a medical-grade scalpel to dermaplane and remove peach fuzz, the Renew microdermabrasion facial for dull, uneven skin and hyperpigmentation, and the Luminosity for dry or dull skin. Nanoneedling and hydradermabrasion facials run 90 minutes each. A pregnancy-focused Mama Classic Belly uses pregnancy-safe products, and the Bum-Bum and Posterior treatments address the buttocks and back, including back acne and hyperpigmentation.

Lash services include classic and custom full sets, a 1:1 classic set for a light, natural look, and a Korean lash lift that lifts natural lashes without extensions. Fills are offered on a schedule: they require half of the original full set and must be booked within one to three weeks of it. Foreign fills are available for lashes applied by another artist, and a lash touch-up is priced below regular fills. Brow services cover a quick wax, tint or stain, lamination, and a Deluxe package that combines mapping, wax, lamination and a hybrid tint at a $15 discount when booked together. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, bikini and a 20-minute Brazilian with butt strip.

Makeup services include full-face makeup, portfolio appointments, and personalized 1:1 makeup training. Makeup can be done at the client's location for $1 per mile of travel. Lexthetics Beautique also offers a 1:1 lash extension training course, which takes four hours and costs $800 with a $300 deposit, and a starter kit is included. Model services are booked through the owner and have their own requirements, with a waitlist for clients who want to join.

Most services require a $20 deposit, with some requiring $5, $10 or $15. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and a cancellation on shorter notice forfeits the deposit. No-call no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be moved to a reschedule made in the same month after a cancellation with 24 or more hours notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. A $30 squeeze-in fee applies to appointments outside regular business hours.
