The salon describes its services as customized to each client's hair texture, lifestyle and beauty goals, rather than set to a single routine. The menu covers vibrant color, protective styling, silk presses, extensions and healthy hair restoration. Color work starts at $60, with single process, double process, color correction, root retouch and color gloss available. Double process color and color correction are charged at $75 per hour, with the time estimated at your consultation, which is offered from $50.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Signature sewn extensions start at $225 and come as traditional, flip-over, full or partial sew-in. Signature bonded extensions start at $200 in classic or flip-over quick weave styles. K-Tips have an introductory price from $750 and require a consultation before booking, and I-Tips or micro-weft installs start at $650 and include 200g of raw body wave, straight or deep wave hair. Extension maintenance includes shampoo, tightening or replacement, a silk or texture ritual, and extension removal with a detox ritual.

Loc services range from small add-ons to full care. Additional nourishment is a $15 deep conditioning add-on to the XeNia Loc Ritual, which starts at $120 and includes a customized loc maintenance method. Deep Cleanse is a $35 treatment for odor and buildup, and the XeNia Noir Loc Foundation starts at $250 and takes at least 180 minutes. Loc Comb Out is priced at $56 per hour, starting at $560, and takes about 480 minutes.

Booking policies are stated clearly. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout. Hours are Tuesday 3 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday 3 PM to 8 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 6 AM to 2 PM, with the salon closed on Mondays and Saturdays.
