Extensions are the core of the menu. K-tip extensions are installed one strand at a time with keratin bonds. The K-Tip Extensions Transformation is the most involved option, starting at $2,000 and taking about 6 hours. It includes premium K-tip hair up to 200 grams and up to 26 inches, custom color matching, luxury shampoo, a precision trim, a professional blowout, full installation, and a complimentary smoothing treatment valued at $250. Curly texture adds $300, and extra hair adds $150 per 100 grams. Because it needs planning, the Transformation requires a consultation before booking to confirm hair availability and desired length, then a deposit within 48 hours of booking, with the balance paid by cash or Zelle. The salon says extensions can be worn for up to 5 months with proper maintenance before removal. Tape-in and Microlink installs are also offered, along with removal for each method at $200.

Sew-ins, quick weaves and wigs make up much of the rest of the schedule. Traditional and glueless closure sew-ins are offered, and a glueless sew-in appointment is glueless only, so adhesive-based closure installs are not part of that booking. Hair-included sew-in options start at $750 and require a request to book. Closures that need extensive bleaching, plucking, tinting or repair may carry an additional customization fee. Custom closure wigs are constructed in-house, and existing wigs can be fitted with a glueless closure or a V-part, U-part or half wig install. Some services are available on Saturdays only, including a Saturday signature ponytail, a Saturday traditional sew-in and a Saturday express silk press; hair is not included with the Saturday ponytail or sew-in.

The salon also offers silk presses, a smoothing treatment version, color services such as single process color and highlights, and styling that can be added to an installation. Extension and weave removals are described as safe and professional, with attention to protecting the health of natural hair. Booking rules are set out clearly: clients must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, a no-call, no-show appointment is charged 50% of its price, and a 10-minute grace period applies, after which the appointment is rescheduled once 20 minutes have passed. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be moved to a rescheduled appointment within 14 days, and refunds and transfers are decided by the service provider. Clients who feel sick are asked to stay home.

The Pretty Pro Points loyalty program lets clients earn points that can be redeemed for discounts, with 10 points equal to a $1 discount. The salon also sells its A'Dai Hair Care line, which is formulated for salon-quality care at home, along with a moisturizer and leave-in conditioner and a selection of raw hair extensions offered for pre-order.
