Most appointments are booked online, and each service must be reserved separately. Online booking opens on the 15th of each month at 7 AM for the following month, and clients have a 15-minute grace period to start.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm and closed on Sundays. Clients attend alone, since guests and children are not permitted. A non-refundable deposit secures every booking, and installs carry a 20% deposit that cannot be transferred. Late cancellations and no-shows keep the deposit and may be charged part or all of the service price, so the booking terms are worth reading first.

Installation work is a major focus. Tape-ins, microlinks, KTips and sew-ins are offered, and the more involved options begin with a consultation. Microlinks cannot be booked on the same day as the consultation, and KTips require one before the eight-hour install. Hair for installs must be bought through the website at least one week before the service, and short hair, including pixie cuts, is not serviced.

For weddings, the site has an inquiry form and a gallery. Wedding inquiries get an email reply within 24 to 48 hours and should include the wedding date. Full color is not offered at a first visit, so clients are asked to call before booking it.

Complex installs are scheduled around consultations and deposits, with each service booked as its own appointment.
