Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Each extension is an individual synthetic lash applied to one natural lash with lash adhesive, in classic, hybrid, wet look, volume and mega volume styles. Full sets with a senior stylist take roughly one to three hours, depending on the style and the number of natural lashes. Refills are priced by how many days have passed since the last set, from one week up to four weeks, and a refresh set is needed when less than half of the extensions remain. Upgrading to a heavier style is a one-time charge for the difference in full set pricing, and moving from a junior stylist to a senior stylist is charged the same way.

Other services include brow lamination with or without tint, lash lifts with or without tint, lash removal, and outside refills from $30. Teeth whitening is offered as a full treatment or as a touch-up for one arch or the full mouth. Deep tissue massage with hot stones is available in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.

The salon says it uses high-quality products and follows industry sanitation practices, and it states that allergic reactions to its eyelash products are extremely rare. Clients should arrive without eye makeup, plus 5 to 10 minutes early for the waiver and lash cleaning (10 to 15 minutes early if new). Free parking is available at the back entrance and on the street.

Booking policies: new clients pay a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable, and a credit card is required to hold appointments. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and a deposit can be applied to another service if cancelled more than 24 hours ahead. Changes made later than that incur a 50% fee. There is a 15-minute grace period. Late arrivals may be serviced only for the remaining booked time and pay the full fee. Clients should not remove lash extensions themselves. Concerns about a service need to be reported within 3 days, and the salon will work to fix them. Services are not refunded, but if an allergy prevents wearing applied extensions, they are removed at no charge.

Lash work is built around individually applied extensions and regular refills, with the salon recommending a fill every two to three weeks and a full set for clients who have lost more than half their extensions.
