The studio's stated aim is to enhance each client's natural beauty through a refined, personalized visit, and it says it has built a reputation for refined, natural-looking results. Brow appointments usually begin with sculpting, where the brows are mapped and measured with a caliper and the client approves the shape before any waxing or tinting is done.

Beyond sculpting, brows can be tinted, airbrush tinted, hennaed or laminated, and each option has its own expected wear time on the skin and on the brow hairs. Ombre brows are handled as a permanent makeup program that includes a consultation, an initial session for brows that have never been done, a touch up typically six to twelve weeks later, yearly color boosts and a healing check-in within four to six weeks of the first session. Clients receive an aftercare kit with written instructions.

Lash services include a tint without a lift, lash lifts and removal of existing lash extensions. Lash lifts and tints are open to all clients without a membership. Four Luxe Membership tiers provide recurring services at a set rate, waitlist priority and savings on extra services and products.

For beauty professionals, the studio offers a 45-minute private business coaching call by phone, Zoom or in person, and a two-day hands-on Foundations of Eyebrow Styling course. The Foundations of Eyelash Extensions course is a one-to-one, hands-on program taught by Melisandris under direct mentorship, covering anatomy, application, mapping, retention, client consultations and business topics, and it ends with a certificate of completion.

Aims to enhance natural beauty with a refined, personalized experience. Clients who use retinol, tretinoin, adapalene, Accutane or strong exfoliating products are asked to notify the studio before waxing or tinting.
