The studio aims for a friendly, professional environment, with service meant to go beyond what clients expect. Its menu is grouped into eyelash extensions and lifts, eyelash refills, brows and waxing, so clients can plan lash, brow and body appointments in one place. Refills for extensions that were done at another salon are priced separately from refills done at the studio.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 3:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:30pm, with the studio closed on Sundays. Clients can reach the studio by phone at (267) 640-6858 or by email at theeyetheory@gmail.com.
