The salon states that it aims to be an inclusive, welcoming place, and a safe and affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community and all minorities. Each stylist works with clients on their own goals, from grey coverage and root touch-ups to vivid color changes, detailed cuts and smoothing treatments.

Consultations are used to plan the look around each client's hair and lifestyle, and cut and color services include a blowdry at no extra charge. Some color services, such as correction and vivid fashion color, are priced after a consultation, and color prices may change at the stylist's discretion.

The salon asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made without that notice carry a charge of half the service fee, and a no-call no-show is charged the full fee. Cancellations outside business hours can be left by voicemail or email.
