It says it puts the health of clients' hair and the overall experience ahead of size, favoring care, intention and attention to detail.

Services are grouped into blonding, color, haircuts and styling, highlights and balayage, and treatments and add-ons. Highlights and balayage are priced by how much of the head is covered, from a quarter head up to a full head. Blonding includes on-scalp blonding maintenance and a virgin on-scalp blonding service. Free consultations are offered to help clients choose the right service.

Bridal work also takes place away from the salon. On-location bridal hair styling and wedding services are available at the client's home, a hotel or a venue. On-location wedding services are billed at a fixed hourly rate that includes travel time, and a complimentary consultation can be booked online.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and clients can book online, including with a specific stylist. Appointments may be rescheduled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled service. Children under 5 and pets are not permitted in the salon. Hair dye and chemicals can stain clothing, and high necklines or dangly jewelry can get in the way of styling.
