The menu is grouped into color, extensions, haircuts, makeup, men's grooming, perms, styling and treatments. Color ranges from toner, peek-a-boo and halo highlights to foil highlights, freehand balayage, all-over color and bleach. Smoothing treatments include a Brazilian Blowout and a keratin treatment. Bridal hair and makeup are offered for weddings.

Haircuts are customized to each client and include a shampoo, conditioning, blowout, styling and a product recommendation. Men's cuts run from fades to longer styles. Children's cuts are offered for kids 10 and under. Consultations for color, extensions and haircuts are free, and the salon charges by stylist level: junior, senior or master. The price list is a guide, and the exact price is agreed with the stylist at the start of the visit.

The Fort Worth location is in an older industrial building on South Main Street, with parking in the lot behind it and street parking nearby. The Grapevine location sits on Main Street across from the station and has ample off-street parking. The North Richland Hills location is designed as a calm, green oasis and also has ample parking. Appointments can be booked online through Square or by phone.

The salon runs a continuing education program led by its Chief Educator to keep stylists current on trends, styles, techniques and products. Stylists set their own schedules and services and are paid commission on services and product sales, while the salon provides the backbar, payment processing and scheduling. Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours ahead. A first no-show results in a warning, a second requires a credit card on file and a charge of half the service, and a third is charged the full amount.

The salon aims to create sustainable beauty while tailoring each service to the individual client, with the goal of a personalized experience. It says no service will compromise the health of a client's hair.

The North Richland Hills location is designed to feel like a calm, green oasis.
