Color is the core of the business. Blonding, balayage, dimensional color, grey blending and vivid color transformations are offered, along with single-process color, glossing and grey coverage. Curly-hair color and highlight services are priced by the time they take, and they do not include a haircut, which must be booked separately.

Extensions are a major part of the work. The salon offers hand-tied hair extensions, tape-in, I-tip and K-tip, braided wefts, quick weaves, sew-ins, and waterfall and beaded wefts. New extension guests book a consultation first, which costs $30 and is applied toward the installation for most methods. Extension hair is bought through the salon and paid for before the installation appointment, because installation prices do not include hair. Custom colored extensions are hand-painted or toned to match the natural shade, and extension packages range from one row to bespoke work for major color changes or corrective projects.

Haircuts cover women's short styles, men's cuts, children's and tween cuts, and curly cuts finished with a diffuser. The silk press is done without chemical relaxers, and extra charges may apply for extra length, density or heavy detangling. Brazilian Blowout and Keratin treatment options are offered, along with scalp detox and steam treatments and a scalp renewal package.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume sets, fills, lift and tint, lash removal and eyebrow tint. Lash appointments need clean, makeup-free lashes, and fills only cover sets the salon applied. Appointments can be booked online through a Square page. The salon is closed on Wednesdays.

The salon customizes each service to the individual client and invests in ongoing education in blonding, extensions, vivid color and modern color.
