Willow + Sage

Willow + Sage opened as a salon in 2024 and added a dedicated head spa experience in 2025. The studio calls itself a luxury hair and wellness studio, and it names its scalp treatments head spa services, putting scalp health first across both its hair and scalp work. The studio's stated aim is for each guest to leave with a scalp in better condition than when they arrived.

Scalp facials take place in a space called the Scalp Lounge. Each one opens with a three-step ritual: a detox cleanse, exfoliation with a micro-exfoliant, and a moisture masque. Hot towels are used through the treatment, and facials can be adjusted for sensitive skin and skin concerns. The menu runs from Free Your Mind at $125 for 60 minutes, an introductory relaxation-focused facial with a shoulder, arm and hand massage, through He Deserves It at $125 for 60 minutes, designed for men and including scalp scoping and red light therapy, to Now & Zen at $175 for 75 minutes with a 200x magnifying camera scalp scope, and Drift Away at $200 for 75 minutes with a longer scalp and massage treatment. Cloud Nine, at $250 for 120 minutes, is the most extensive, covering scalp and skin concerns with a full scalp ritual, dry exfoliation, steam infusion and a relaxation facial. Scalp facials are typically recommended every 4 to 6 weeks.

Hair loss care starts with a plan that combines in-spa treatments and at-home care, shaped around a client's health, lifestyle and scalp condition. AlmaTED consultations help determine whether that treatment suits a client. Crown Garden is a 150-minute hair loss treatment at $350, available only with Erica Richardson. Private appointments are offered for guests dealing with hair loss or who want a more personalized visit. Extension services include keratin bond, hidden row and custom hybrid installations, plus Invisible Bead, K-Tips and mesh integration systems for thinning or hair loss. Extension consultations are arranged by text, and color and extension maintenance is recommended on average every 8 to 12 weeks.

Eyebrow services cover shaping (brow mapping, waxing and precision plucking), waxing, tinting, brow dye and brow lamination, which typically lasts around 6 to 8 weeks. Maintenance is generally every 4 to 8 weeks, with waxing and tinting at 4 to 6 weeks and lamination at 6 to 8 weeks.

Booking runs through the Vagaro platform, and a card on file is required to reserve. Appointments should be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Services are staffed by Willow + Sage employees and booth renters, and solo stylists take bookings directly. Spa services are non-refundable once completed, and any hair concerns should be raised within two weeks of the appointment.

Scalp health and hair loss prevention come first, and hair services are planned with the scalp in mind. The studio describes its approach as intentional and results-driven, and uses scalp-focused products and techniques meant to support long-term hair and scalp wellness.

Scalp treatments happen in a dedicated lounge space, with private rooms and a double treatment room that can serve up to four guests at once.
