Services are grouped into bikini and Brazilian waxing, facial waxing, body waxing, brows and lashes, and skin brightening. Brow lamination, brow tinting and lash lifts are offered alongside the waxing menu. Each waxing appointment usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes.

Skin brightening uses Bryght products combined with UV light therapy. The studio recommends three to six sessions depending on the level of hyperpigmentation. It works best directly after waxing, but it can also be booked on its own. A hydrojelly mask can be added to bikini and Brazilian services to hydrate and soothe the skin after waxing, and it cannot be booked by itself.

For the best waxing results, clients are asked to let hair grow at least three weeks since their last shave, and not to shave, trim or tweeze between waxes. Waxing is recommended every four to six weeks depending on the area.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, with a 50% fee for shorter notice and a 100% fee for no-shows. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and children under 8 are not permitted in appointments or unsupervised in the lobby.

Hard wax is used for facial, underarm and bikini areas and soft wax for other areas such as legs and arms. The studio describes both as hypoallergenic, and the hard wax as vegan.
