The studio maps each client's features before booking and tailors the work to the natural shape of their lashes and brows and to the look they want. Extensions come in classic, hybrid, light volume, volume and mega volume styles. Classic uses one extension per natural lash, hybrid combines classic and multiple-to-one placement for a fuller look, and the volume styles place two to five, four to ten, or six to twenty fine extensions on each natural lash, depending on the style.

Refills are recommended every two to three weeks to follow the natural lash growth cycle. A refill needs at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place and must be booked within 24 days of the last service; otherwise a full new set is required. Foreign fills are handled case by case and may take longer or need a removal, charged by time spent. Clients with heavy eye makeup that takes extra time to remove pay a deep cleaning fee. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes and to take out contact lenses before extension appointments.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers lash lifts in traditional and Korean methods, lash and brow tinting with the shade customized to skin tone and eye color, brow lamination, and waxing and threading. Threading is offered as a non-invasive option for clients with sensitive skin. Loyal clients who book lashes and brows every two to three weeks receive monthly gifts from the studio's lingerie collection, which is sold only in store and includes inclusive sizing.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are charged 50 percent of the scheduled services, and appointments are canceled if the client is 20 minutes late, with the same 50 percent charge. All sales are final, and services are not refunded.

The studio tailors each service to the client's natural features and personal look, using professional products from brands it describes as trusted and reputable, with extra sanitation steps for every service.
