Manicures come in three levels. The basic version covers soaking, nail cutting, shaping, cuticle care, a short lotion hand massage and standard polish. The deluxe version adds sugar scrub exfoliation, a longer massage and a hot towel wrap. The milk and honey manicure uses a milk sugar scrub, an eight-minute cream massage, a hot towel mask wrap and paraffin wax.

Options include classic acrylic, acrylic with gel or shellac, white tip, solar pink and white powder, color acrylic powder, ombre, dipping powder on natural nails, Gel X and hard gel. Many of these are priced separately for a full set and for a fill, and toe nail acrylic is offered in several versions. Add-ons include gel, tips, ombre, nail shape changes, longer nails, nail art and chrome or cat eye styles. The salon also lists polish changes, removals and take-offs, and cuticle trims.

Beyond nails, the salon offers waxing for the face, arms, legs, underarms, chest, back and bikini and Brazilian areas, along with brow tinting, lash tinting, natural lash extensions and volume lash extensions in 3D, 4D and 5D styles. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel, and guests who arrive 15 minutes late may have their appointment given to another client. Services are guaranteed for 3 days, and repairs are done in the original color if the client can show the date of the original service. The salon does not offer refunds for services completed on site or for changes of mind, and any dissatisfaction should be raised right after the visit so the salon can address it.
