Waxing covers a full range for women and men, from brows, lip and chin to full legs, Brazilian and full back. The wax is a cream-based soft formula made for sensitive skin. Clients are asked to let hair grow to at least a quarter inch and to stop shaving about two weeks before a visit. Waxing packages never expire, can be paid for in installments, and work at either location; buy 6 and get 1 free, or buy 9 and get 2 free.

Facials and peels are offered for all skin types, from a 45-minute teen facial for ages 12 to 17 (a parent or guardian must attend and complete the intake form) to the Clean Slate Signature Peel, which combines a customized IMAGE Skincare chemical peel with a facial. HydraFacial treatments run from an express version to a platinum version that starts with lymphatic drainage. The business states they give instant, long-lasting results with no downtime. Keravive scalp treatments are offered as partial or full scalp sessions with a take-home spray, and the business recommends a monthly series for three months before maintenance visits.

Nail services take place in a private nail room that holds two guests at a time. Deluxe and Platinum manicures and pedicures use Dazzle Dry polish, CND Shellac gel polish and FarmHouse Fresh products. The business does not offer acrylic or dip powder. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and cupping, plus a mother-to-be massage for clients in their second or third trimester, and the business says its massage therapists are licensed and certified. Infrared sauna sessions are offered in Austin only, in a private room where guests set their own temperature.

New guests should arrive 15 minutes ahead to fill out paperwork. Reservations require a credit card saved to the account, and a 25% deposit is paid at booking. Changes made within 24 hours of a visit under one hour, or within 48 hours of a longer visit, incur a fee of half the price of the scheduled services, and missing an appointment without calling costs the full amount. Prices may change. Lash extension appointments can only be booked by phone.

Clean Slate pairs a gentle, sensitive-skin-friendly wax with careful tool handling. Metal implements are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave, other tools are single use, and files and buffers are never reused. The business says its sanitation practices go beyond state requirements.
