The salon says its stylists bring years of experience and keep up with current fashion trends. Services are by appointment only, and a waitlist is available for clients who cannot find a time that works. After an online booking, the salon texts within 24 hours to confirm the service, asks for photos of current hair and any inspiration, and gives a time and cost estimate during that exchange.

The salon occupies a space on the side of the building, underneath Stephanie's International Cafe, and there is parking right out front.

Certain policies apply. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a fee of 50 percent of the booked services to rebook. Clients who no-show cannot reserve future appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean services are shortened to fit the remaining time. Additional guests are not allowed, children included unless they are receiving a service. Anyone with signs of illness should reschedule, even at the last minute, and the salon will do the same. Services are not refunded, but clients unhappy with their results can contact the salon within five days about adjustment options. The salon recommends washing hair at least 24 hours before the visit, with little or no product.
