Color is a large part of the menu, from glosses and extra color to highlights, balayage, foiliage and vivid transformations. For curls, the studio offers dry curly cuts, curly cuts with a wash and set, and a curl transformation that starts with a crystal gel treatment to remove build-up before the haircut.

The studio runs a 24-hour cancellation policy, with a fee of 30% of the booked services for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery, and gift card sales are final.
