The salon describes itself as a studio built on positivity, support and creativity that welcomes everyone. New clients fill out a form before booking, and appointments are made through the salon's Glossgenius booking page. Card details are required at booking and kept on file for the cancellation policy.

Color is the core of the work. The Ultimate Blonde Package builds a bright, monochromatic blonde across several sessions, while the Custom Blonde Package is meant to give a dimensional, low-maintenance blonde with seamless grow-out. Custom Brunette and Custom Copper packages are also offered, along with a Face Frame Package that brightens the front hairline. Haircuts include a personalized cut with a wash, blowout and style.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with Saturday appointments by request. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and a $25 late fee applies when an appointment has to be adjusted for lateness. Refunds are not offered, but the stylist will make reasonable changes within 7 days of an appointment, except for multi-session plans agreed in advance with withheld hair history or looks changed at home first.

Erin works independently and covers the cost of all product used in services, and each guest is worked with individually.
