The salon says it wants to be a place where beauty feels easy and creativity has room to grow, and where every guest receives VIP-level attention. The space is cozy and welcoming, with some luxe touches, and guests can use Wi-Fi while snacks and drinks are offered.

Shampoo appointments include a scalp massage at the shampoo bowl. Blonding options include balayage, baby lights and the platinum card, and vivid color sessions are planned with a Vivid Specialist covering rainbow, pastel and neon looks.

Booking requires a card on file. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations inside 24 hours are charged half the scheduled service, and inside 12 hours the full amount. Cancellations by email are not accepted, last-minute rescheduling counts as a cancellation, and guests more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their service. The salon is cashless and accepts credit, debit and Venmo.

Opening hours are Monday 8:30am to 2:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 9pm, Friday 8:30am to 9pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with Sunday closed. Free street parking is available along Pack Saddle Pass and nearby residential streets, with overflow parking across the street at State Farm when the lot is full. CapMetro Route 311 stops nearby, and South Lamar and Ben White are a short walk away.

Each visit starts with an online consultation form that asks about hair goals, the last color service, a preferred stylist and a beauty budget, and clients can attach a current photo of their hair with up to three inspiration photos.
