The salon is at 7756 Northcross Dr., suite 105, in North Austin. The space is plant-filled and calm, with stations spaced far apart in an open, well-lit room. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:30am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 3pm.

The salon is run by its owner, Heather, who also offers women's haircuts and a senior-level color service. Other stylists rent chairs and work as independent business owners, offering services beyond the owner's. Two part-time and two full-time chairs are available for experienced stylists. Mia, a licensed esthetician, founded Pristine Glow and offers esthetic services at the salon.

Special event hair requires a consultation before booking. Listed prices include a women's haircut at $100, root retouch or base color at $135, balayage highlights at $315, partial balayage at $270, full highlights at $315, partial highlights at $245, and a global color at $200. Hair extensions start with an initial install at $380, and an extensions move-up is $280.
