On the hair side, the menu includes cuts for women, men and children aged 12 and under, plus barber services such as beard trims, fades and hot towel treatments. Color runs from root retouches and highlights to balayage, ombre, color melt and fashion color, with corrective color billed by the hour. Extensions include Great Lengths, clip-in and tape-in, Hot Head and hand-tied styles, and every extension service begins with a consultation. Chemical options include Brazilian blowouts, keratin smoothing and express keratin treatments, thermal straightening and perms; the vegan keratin treatments use IGK, QiQi and BEAUVOIR products.

For skin and body, the facial menu centers on Eminence Organic Facials, with express, custom, deep pore, teen, men's and beard facials, back treatments, custom peels, microdermabrasion, ULTRA SONIC and high frequency treatments, and LED light therapy. Waxing, threading, full body waxing and 60 to 90 minute massages are also available.

The cafe, Cafe Mystique, keeps room-specific ordering QR codes, and the lobby has a concierge. Lobby and concierge hours are Tuesday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm; the cafe is open Tuesday to Friday until 4:55pm and Saturday until 2:55pm. Both are closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments can be booked online at any time. Prices, service charges and cancellation policies vary by stylist, and spa prices are set by the individual spa artist.

For weddings, services can take place at the salon, which offers about 10,000 square feet for wedding parties to prepare and style, or off site at the venue. Makeup, lashes, nails, facials and spray tans are part of the package, though facials and spray tans must be done at the salon. A trial run is included at no extra charge once details are settled and a contract is signed. Wedding coordination is handled through Megan Pace and a Gatherings Reimagined vendor listing, and custom fireworks displays can be arranged to fit a client's budget.
