Products are 100% human hair in Remy and Virgin grades, with no synthetic blends. Pieces are kept in stock so orders can usually be filled without a long production wait. The studio describes its products as the highest quality available.
Non-surgical hair systems for men are bonded and styled in the studio, and the Master Hairdresser trims and styles hair systems and toppers on site. Hairpieces and full wigs can be customized in color, size and length, and maintenance is offered after fitting. The studio also helps with Medicare and insurance paperwork.
Care guidance for hair systems includes a sulfate-free shampoo, conditioning for four to six minutes, and shampooing no more than once a week. Wigs are washed in cool water with a hydrating shampoo, not wrung or twisted, and left to air dry. A UV protectant is suggested to limit yellowing and color fading.
