The business started in 2016 in a small space in St. Petersburg, opened by founder Natali. That first studio later moved to the Tyrone neighborhood. The Seminole studio followed as the second location, opened by Natali and Estela as co-owners, and the Clearwater studio opened in 2024 as the third. Madeline, the managing partner, runs the St. Petersburg and Clearwater studios.

Every artist is trained in-house to one standard by the people who set it, and Natali trains every artist who joins the team. The path is open for growth: receptionists can become lash artists, and lash artists can become educators and business partners. The team is currently growing across lash, stylist and esthetician roles.

The studio says clients should leave feeling relaxed, with a calm chair and time to slow down. Clients can book online at any time. Booking takes a card on file and a 50% deposit, which is applied to the service at the visit. Appointments can be rescheduled free with more than 24 hours notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Changes can be made by calling or texting the studio.

Each studio has its own menu. St. Petersburg offers lash extensions, natural lash and brow services, express facials and touch-ups. Seminole offers full lash sets, touch-ups, lifts, brow services, permanent makeup and tattoos, and the studio describes its team as known for attention to detail and for never rushing appointments. Clearwater, which the studio calls its broadest menu, adds custom holistic facials, body waxing and permanent makeup. Hair services are offered at LAS Beauty Salon, in the loft above the St. Petersburg studio, which also rents open stations to independent hair stylists and nail artists.

Trains every artist in-house to one standard and plans each set around the client's eye shape and desired look.

Clients are meant to feel relaxed, with a calm chair and time to slow down.
