Extensions are booked through The Mane Event, which includes sew-in installs, a consultation to plan goals and order hair, and an extension move-up done six to eight weeks after installation. After that window, a reinstall is needed. Hair is priced separately from the service.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
