The menu runs from head to toe and includes body areas, faces, brows and men's services alongside the Brazilian options that are the studio's focus. Brazilian waxing is offered for women and men with separate pricing for new clients or those whose hair is eight or more weeks grown, for repeat clients, and for returning clients booking on Tuesday. Bikini waxing comes in a standard and a deeper version. Add-ons include a High Frequency treatment described as helping reduce ingrowns and breakouts, a full cheek add-on, and a jelly-like hydrojel mask applied after waxing.

Visits are by appointment only, with the studio open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. Before a wax, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, roughly two to three weeks of growth, to exfoliate the area one to two days ahead, and to skip alcohol and caffeine for a few hours. Tanning beds should be avoided for 48 hours before and after a wax, while spray tans are fine before and up to 24 hours after. Clients may be waxed during their period and are asked to wear a tampon or menstrual cup. Aftercare info cards are provided at no charge.

Changes and cancellations need at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations or reschedules are charged 50 percent of the booked services to the card on file, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price of the missed services. Arrivals get a 7-minute grace period; after that, services may not be completed and a late or cancel fee may apply. If a technician is out sick or has an emergency, clients are contacted as quickly as possible to reschedule. Add-ons are provided when time allows, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Encourages a regular waxing schedule every four to six weeks, which the business says keeps skin smoother over time and leaves regrowth finer and softer than shaving.
