A visit takes place in a private waxing suite. The specialist cleanses the area, applies Comfort Wax in the direction of hair growth, removes it, and finishes with a soothing product. Brazilian services start with a pre-wax oil, and the wax is lifted without cloth strips. A standard appointment runs about 10 to 45 minutes, while full body visits can take 45 minutes to an hour. A first visit may run a little longer because the specialist walks the guest through the process, so arriving a few minutes early for paperwork helps.

The center describes its wax specialists as licensed and certified, and says its staff are experts in waxing and committed to safety and hygiene. Eyebrow tinting is a semi-permanent tint that shapes and darkens brows.
