Facials are set up in a spa style, with steam, music, soft lighting and lavender or chamomile scents. The signature facial runs 90 minutes and moves through a double cleanse with steam, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a facial massage for the neck and shoulders, a mask, serum, moisturizer and SPF. Snacks and beverages are offered during a visit. The salon says its waiting-area chairs and treatment beds are sized for a range of body types.
Before a facial, clients are asked to stop exfoliating five days ahead, skip shaving on the day, and pause retinol five to seven days before. Afterward, the salon advises staying out of the sun, skipping makeup, and holding off on workouts and sweating for at least 24 hours. The salon aims to reply to messages within 48 business hours.
Skin care is approached as a process that starts with the basics and builds toward a routine suited to each client. Those who want a plan first can book a paid consultation that ends with a customized routine.
