It shares a parking lot with the neighboring business Kababish, and clients receive entry instructions for Salon Lofts on the day of their appointment.
The salon is open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. Clients provide up-to-date credit card information when booking, and the salon accepts all major credit cards, gift cards and cash. Each stylist sets their own cancellation window: Katy asks for 3 hours' notice for haircuts and 24 hours' notice for color or perm services, while Ronnie asks for 48 hours. Reschedules inside the window carry a fee of 50% of the appointment's total cost, and no-shows are charged the full cost. Not confirming an appointment does not count as a cancellation. Appointments running more than 10 minutes late are handled at the salon's discretion.
