Whole Life Wellness is led by Dr. The practice combines physician-led weight loss care with aesthetic treatments. It describes itself as rated number one in Oak Park.

The main program is the Whole Life Wellness Club, a 16-week plan built around each person. Enrollment starts with a free functional medicine consultation that reviews health history, goals and whether the practice is a good fit. Members then complete an initial evaluation and a detailed questionnaire, and receive diet and lifestyle recommendations, supplement suggestions and a shopping list with recipes. Genetic (DNA) testing is included, and the personalized lifestyle and nutrition plan is built once results are back. Members meet with the physician weekly, in person or online, and can reach the team daily by chat or phone. Only a limited number of new members join each month. Patients on medication are checked for micronutrient deficiencies and may need dose changes, and home glucose and blood pressure monitoring is suggested. A GLP-1 treatment is available to eligible patients, with the medical team assessing eligibility and monitoring.

Aesthetic services include SculpSure, a 25-minute non-invasive laser body contouring treatment with no downtime, usually given as two sessions six weeks apart and used on the abdomen, love handles, back and thighs. The practice states that SculpSure is FDA-cleared and clinically proven to eliminate up to 24% of treated fat cells. SculpSure is not recommended for people with blood clotting disorders, those taking blood thinners or steroids, or those who are pregnant. Microcurrent facial therapy uses a Neurotris system with no needles and no downtime, and screening covers pregnancy, history of skin cancer, seizures and heart conditions. Botox is used for expression lines in the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes; sessions take about 10 to 20 minutes, results develop over 3 to 7 days and last 3 to 4 months. Medical history is reviewed at consultation, with extra precautions for previous reactions to botulinum toxin, breathing conditions, muscle weakness, recent surgery or other specific conditions.

Program members get 20% off SculpSure and Neurotris microcurrent face or body sessions during the program. After the 16 weeks, lifetime access to the Facebook group and group Q&A sessions is included, and a Maintenance program is available. The shop sells health and skin care, hair care, vitamins and collagen products, some through affiliate links, including TrueScience skin and hair care and LifeVantage supplements. Free downloads include a cookbook of quick, healthy recipes and a weight loss workbook.

Weight loss and aesthetic care are planned around each patient with physician oversight, and Botox is given at minimum effective doses aimed at a refreshed look that keeps natural expression.
