Brow work is a large part of the menu. Options range from a brow sculpt, a 30-minute wax that clears stray hairs, shapes the arch and finishes with mapping and a brow oil, to lamination, tinting and a hybrid stain that colors both skin and hair. Powder brows, a semi-permanent technique that creates soft, shaded brows lasting up to two to three years, are offered as a first session for virgin brows and as touch-ups every six to eight weeks or once a year. Touch-ups for the business's own lamination work are available within three to four weeks of the first appointment.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial, which includes a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, a customized mask, toner, serum, moisturizer and SPF, to longer custom treatments. The Glow Getter Custom Facial adds facial massage, extractions and a skin scrubber when needed, with products matched to the skin. Targeted options include the Ultimate Acne Treatment, the Stress Relief Facial and the No Needle Botox Treatment, a non-invasive firming treatment with LED light therapy.

Family and life-stage options include Mommy and Me facials for a parent and child, a pregnancy-safe Nurturing Belly Facial, and a 30-minute children's facial that requires an adult to stay for the service. Body and waxing services include a deluxe back treatment that includes an enzyme treatment and massage, and a quick underarm wax.

Two monthly memberships suit regular visits. The Glow Getter membership is $70 a month and includes one custom facial each month, compared with $80 for a single visit. The unlimited brow wax and tint membership is $89 a month with no startup cost, compared with $50 for a single brow wax and tint visit. Gift certificates are sold in $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200 amounts and can be used toward any service.

Facials are customized to the individual's skin, and brow and skin services are grouped into memberships for ongoing care.
